Just a Little Guide I have Make. First off to start the quest, go to junon and talk to the Mayor.

After, he asks you to talk to Crune(weapon seller), so do as the Mayor says and go see what Crune has to say.

After to complete the quest faster you should buy some teleport scrolls to reduce travel time, you should buy:
3 zant
1 goblin cave
1 gorge
1 junon.

Ok so now Crune tells you to go get a crown from a krawfy king in kenji beach, the quickest way there is to take the passenger boat in southern junon. It costs 1.5k to go to kenji. Now what you have to do is try and get the first hit on krawfy kings and continue to do damage. Getting first hit is a major factor and so is that you continue attacking it. A good strategy is to hit it first, run until it aggros onto somebody else then start whackin' at it like a pinata full of delicious butterfingers. This part is the hardest and will take the longest, there is no set amount of how many kings you have to kill and is random; for me it's usually around 20 or so. SO DONT GIVE UP!!
***TIP*** If your having trouble getting first hit, buy a crossbow or a launcher and get first hit. (thanks trisk 
)Part II: Goblin Warriors, Goblin CavePhew, now after the hard part the next task is pretty easy, after you get the crown head back to Crune he then tells you to go to zant and talk to the Righteous Crusader Leonard. He asks you to go to goblin cave and retrieve 5 pieces of a broken sword.

The pieces of the sword drops from goblin warriors, To make them spawn kill goblin guards, it also passes time. The drop rate is good, I usually get all 5 in 7-8 kills so its about a 90% drop rate.

When your done use a zant return scroll and talk to Leonard and he then tells you to seek out Mairath the weapon craftsmen in breezy hills, just run there or drive your cart.

Part III: Stone Golems, Gorge of Silence(IMG:https://2img.net/h/i14.photobucket.com/albums/a301/Twi.../stonegolem.jpg)
After getting the 5 pieces talk to Mairath and he tells you to get a "Sign of Friendship" which drops from stone golems in the gorge of silence, so use a gorge of silence scroll. This usually takes me around 30 kills or so but there easy with decent buffs and theres alot of different spawns. After you get it use a zant return scroll and run as fast as you can to breezy hills and talk to Mairath. He then makes you the sword and tells you to give it to Historian Jones in junon.

Use a junon scroll and run all the way to the south, he's located next to the lighthouse. He gives you the 2nd job reccomendation and tells you to go talk to the mayor. Head there and select knight or champ!
